Pet Policy

Pets welcome upon approval! We allow up to two pets per apartment home. This can be a combination of 2 cats, 1 dog and 1 cat, or 1 dog only. We do not permit 2 dogs in one apartment home. There is a one time $300 fee/pet as well as $35/mo/pet. We have breed restrictions as well as an 80lb weight limit. Breed Restrictions include: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf Dog Hybrids. (Including all Pit Bull breeds - American Pit Bull Terriers, American or Irish Staffordshire Terriers, Bull Terriers, Pit Bulls, American BullDogs, Pit Bull Bordeaux, and Fila Brasileiro) Service Animals: Pet deposits and breed restrictions do not apply. A signed letter regarding support animals from a qualified professional verifying the need for the service animal along with proof of current rabies shots and licenses are required.
